Pini Parma offers a refined return process, allowing you to return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt to ensure your complete satisfaction with our Italian craftsmanship. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all sartorial details are protected, and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5 to 7 business days.
